This product improves upon the traditional conveyor belt structure and materials to slow down the rate at which intense high temperatures are transferred to the belt core, thereby protecting the core skeleton from thermal aging and preventing the separation and detachment of the skeletal layers, thus extending the service life of the conveyor belt. It can withstand temperatures up to 200℃ and instantaneous temperatures as high as 1000℃, effectively preventing the belt from burning. High-temperature resistant conveyor belt
This high-temperature-resistant conveyor belt is made with a core consisting of single- or double-layer aramid or polyester canvas—characterized by high strength, low shrinkage, and excellent heat resistance—and covered with a ternary ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber compound, all produced through a specialized manufacturing process. It can withstand temperatures up to 300°C and instantaneous temperatures as high as 1,000°C, making it widely suitable for large-capacity, long-distance conveying systems handling high-temperature materials such as sintered iron ore, pellets, cement clinker, and coke oven products.
