The cover rubber of the acid- and alkali-resistant conveyor belt is made by blending rubber with plastics and incorporating inert materials that exhibit excellent acid- and alkali-resistance, offering superior performance compared to neoprene acid- and alkali-resistant conveyor belts. The carcass material is made of EP canvas, which provides more reliable acid- and alkali-resistant performance than cotton canvas cores. This conveyor belt is suitable for conveying materials or operating in environments that come into contact with acids and alkalis, such as phosphate fertilizer production and seawater evaporation for salt production.
