Features and Applications
This product improves upon the traditional conveyor belt structure and materials to slow down the rate at which intense high temperatures are transferred to the belt core, thereby protecting the core skeleton from thermal aging and preventing the separation and detachment of the skeletal layers, thus extending the service life of the conveyor belt. It can withstand temperatures up to 200℃ and instantaneous temperatures as high as 1000℃, effectively preventing the belt from burning. This product is suitable for conveying high-temperature, open-flame materials in industries such as coking, sintering, casting, building materials, and metallurgy.
