High-temperature resistant conveyor belt

This high-temperature-resistant conveyor belt is made with a core consisting of single- or double-layer aramid or polyester canvas—characterized by high strength, low shrinkage, and excellent heat resistance—and covered with a ternary ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber compound, all produced through a specialized manufacturing process. It can withstand temperatures up to 300°C and instantaneous temperatures as high as 1,000°C, making it widely suitable for large-capacity, long-distance conveying systems handling high-temperature materials such as sintered iron ore, pellets, cement clinker, and coke oven products.

Flame-resistant conveyor belt

This product features a specially formulated adhesive that rapidly forms a dense, insulating layer when exposed to heat. By radically reconfiguring the skeleton and belt structure, it can withstand repeated exposure to extremely high-temperature, incandescent materials such as sintered ore, coke, and cement clinker, significantly extending its thermal aging resistance.
